Decision making could be hard for sports team.

Decision making is not easy for sports team, especially when you have to fill up an empty spot for a captain. Cricket is the second most popular sports because most of the people play it in Asia, Europe and Australia. In cricket, mostly everything is depend on the captain because he manages a lot of things like toss, Fielding position, Power-plays, bowling, batting order, declaration. Some of the other duties performed by captain are changing in the plans according to the match and making quick decision when his team is about to loose. Choosing captain from one of the best three players is the hardest and smartest decision they have to make in order to make good team. they have to look for the unique qualities and good physical fitness in order to have the best captain for their cricket team. Australians have three options , Michael Clarke as Ex-captain but out from squad because the failure of his fitness test and George bailey, the leading captain but in poor form and the last but not least the young gun Steve smith, who had performed excellent in his game , but you can't give the big responsibility to young player for the world cup. They have to pick one out of three different leaders who have additional ability to perform in different stages. Who would you go for? In my opinion as a cricket fan, I would go for Michael Clarke, he has a lot more experience than other two players. His team have had plenty of victories against good cricket team while he was the captain of the Australian cricket team. He spent 15 years of his life playing cricket  for  the Australian cricket team. In his career, he had done a great job captaining the team and playing other roles for an all-rounder player. George bailey is not the right guy for this job because he is struggling with his forum, his captaincy and doesn't have the same winning average as Michael Clarke does. Now!Let's talk about Steve smith, he is an exceptional player and captain but he has recently showed his ability in Tri-series and test series against India.I don't think he will be the right captain because he is at very young age and might won't be good for best decision maker. According to me he should be the vice captain so he can support the captain and handle the team at the same time. He seems to be the future of the Australian cricket team.  If Michael Clarke made a come back  which seems to  be happen soon and will pass his fitness test then he will be the next captain of the team. George bailey(present captain)  have to sit outside from the tournament, which would be his insult. Ben Horne and Ian Chappell mention the same problem that insulting George bailey and removing him from his duty right before the big tournament will lead to big controversial issue and media to be involve.

     Best way to choose from the options is to label pros and cons of about them and than you can decide, who will be right man for this job and have all that needs that captain should have. This is the selectors job to function out everything and figure it out but sometimes when it hard to find than you can also get a help from specialists like ricky pointing and Ian Chappell. Decision could ruin somebody life easily , If rode marsh the coach selected the wrong guy for this job and they ended up exiting the tournament before the knock out stage than this might be the end of the rode marsh carrier and people will always blame him and the whole management for the horrible result.
